What's the vision of the system you would want for your district?
What is it that MY DISTRICT NEEDS (In terms of PD)?
Creating a Foundation:
What does KIBSD foundation look like?
Is it aligned to KIBSD's GT Plan?
Are stakeholder connected? (What do teachers and ADmin, and families need?) "A NEEDS ASSESSMENT"
Pull-in Stakeholders (parent meetings)
What programing do you want in place? (Cluster Grouping, Self COntained? Pull out? Push in?... all require different PD) and Learning Management Systems
What pieces are missing? What pieces can you leverage as a jumping off point for training?
